To achieve maximum results Soccer Training among the youth should be well structured according to age groups of children. Failure to realise this will result in training that will not stimulate the nervous and motor components of the player in natural succession. Badly trained players start to make short cuts in their game in order to meet the demands of the game they are faced with. When this happens players fail to master the game step by step and cannot perform and compete at highest level where mastery is more of a blend of nervous and muscle memory than uncoordinated reactionary effort. At TN Stars we recognize the importance of methodical teaching of individual technique before insight and communication during team teamwork. We believe that taught soccer should eventually be playable, enjoyable experience and stimulant for childhood development.
